Aloha Owners and Residents,
We need to carry out emergency work on the Building Shut Off Valve at Building M. The gate valve for the building has failed and it therefore needs to be replaced.
The plumbers will be on property at 9:00 am on Saturday 09.11.21. They will need to continue excavating a 4 x 4 foot area in parking stall #177 in front of Building M.
In order for the plumbers to carry out this work, they need to shut off the main water valve that supplies the property.
As a result of this, there will be no water on the entire property for approximately 3 hours, starting at 10:00 am.
The plumbers will do their best to work as quickly as possible and the water will be turned on as soon as the work is completed.
The work on the asphalt patch will be done as soon as this can be scheduled with the vendor.
The area will be cordoned off so please take extra care when driving in that area of the property.
We apologize for this very short notice and any inconvenience that this may cause.
