For the safety of our residents, and compliance with State and County laws, the Wailea Fairway Villas owner’s association has implemented additional rules regarding the common use areas of the complex. E Komo Mai! (Welcome!) Please note that all parking spots marked Reserved are assigned to specific units. Visitors may only park in spots that are not marked Reserved, unless given permission by a unit resident to park in a spot belonging to that unit. Any overnight parking, defined as occupying a parking spot after 12am, requires registration and may require the visible display of a valid permit. Forms and additional information are found in the Rules, Procedures, & Forms section of the web site.

  • AC in Gym not working
    Aloha Owners and Residents, Unfortunately the AC in the Gym is not working. Our AC vendor, Sturdevant, have established that the circuit board that controls the thermostat has blown. They are working on sourcing a new circuit board and will replace the part as soon as they have it. We apologize for any inconvenience this

  • Palm Tree Trimming – Starting Wednesday March 30, 2022
    Aloha Owners & Residents We will be trimming the coconut palms throughout the property starting on Wednesday March 30, 2022. This is dependent on the weather.
