Aloha Owners and Residents,
We are pleased to announce that we have recruited a Maintenance Technician, Drew Morrison.
He will start working with us on Wednesday August 5, 2020.
Due to Covid-19, we have unfortunately been waiting an excessive amount of time for Andrew’s background check to be completed as we have been told that the Maui courts are delaying this process.
We have wanted him to start since the beginning of July and have therefore decided that we will allow him to begin working in the interim while we wait for the background check to be completed.
Andrew’s employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check being received.

Andrew moved from Texas to Maui 8 years ago and since then has been working for a small company that provides janitorial and landscaping services to condominium associations mainly on the West side.
Prior to that, he had his own power washing and deck staining company for 5 years, which he sold in 2012 before heading to the island.
Andrew went to college to be an Automotive Technician.
He still works on cars in his spare time and enjoys the challenge of working out how to fix something.
We are thrilled to have him working in our community and are sure that you will make him feel welcome.
