The organizational structure of the Wailea Fairway Villas association consists of the following components:
Steven Berger
Site Manager
- Manages the daily operations, as well as the maintenance of the property and its facilities.
- Monitors compliance of all Bylaws and House Rules.
- Serves as the primary interface with our owners and residents.
- Coordinates with Destination Maui Inc. and the Board of Directors, the creation and maintenance of all meeting related documentation.
Association Board of Directors
- Ensures compliance with all legal rules and requirements.
- Invested with the final resolution of, and compliance with, our Bylaws and House Rules.
- Develops budget and ensures effective cost controls.
- Oversees the activities of the Site Manager.
Destination Maui, Inc.
Property Management Company
- Association’s retained external management firm. Provides all accounting activities and financial reporting.
