The organizational structure of the Wailea Fairway Villas association consists of the following components:

  • Site Manager
    • Manages the daily operations, as well as the maintenance of the property and its facilities.
    • Monitors compliance of all Bylaws and House Rules.
    • Serves as the primary interface with our owners and residents.
    • Coordinates with Destination Maui Inc. and the Board of Directors, the creation and maintenance of all meeting related documentation.
  • Association Board of Directors
    • Ensures compliance with all legal rules and requirements.
    • Invested with the final resolution of, and compliance with, our Bylaws and House Rules.
    • Develops budget and ensures effective cost controls.
    • Oversees the activities of the Site Manager.
  • Destination Maui Inc. Property Management Company
    • Association’s retained external management firm. Provides all accounting activities and financial reporting.
