We are pleased to announce that starting on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 we have put into place an answering service that can be utilized for emergencies outside of office hours and on weekends and holidays.
Some examples of emergencies are: water leaks in units, a major break in an irrigation line, or lights out in the pool at night.
For other emergencies that are not normally handled by the Site Manager, you should continue to call 911. For issues that are not an emergency, please email the Site Manager at [email protected].
The number for the answering service is: (866) 738-5801. This information will also be available on the website.
Please continue to use (808) 268-1935 to reach Steven Berger, the Site Manager, during office hours.
In addition, starting Tuesday, October 1, 2019, the office hours for the Site Manager will change to 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. The hours for Brian Heffernan, the maintenance technician, will remain the same: 8am to 3pm, Thursday through Monday.
The recreation area will continue to be open from 8am to 10pm daily.
The change in office hours will provide increased coverage at the property by the Site Manager until 6 pm on weekdays.
