Aloha Owners and Residents,
Please be advised that our pool project will start on Monday, December 9. We will be draining
and cleaning the pool, raising the spillway between the pool and spa in order to separate the two bodies
of water, and installing an additional pump, heater, and filter to run the pool and spa separately. We will also be bringing the pool back to a saline system.
During this time the BBQ’s, lounge, and gym will be available for use.
We anticipate this project will be completed within 10 days, provided there aren’t any unforeseen circumstances.
In order to stay up to date on the progress of the project, please continue to check for updates on the
website. You can also download HOA Messenger which is a free app that the Site Manager will be using
as an additional communication channel for Owners and Residents relating to property updates. The “go
live” date for the app will be December 9.
