Aloha Owners and Residents,
We need to replace the Building Shut Off Valve that serves Buildings J/K/L which is located in the middle of the driveway between opposite parking stalls 83 and 84.
In order for the plumbers to carry out this work, they need to shut off the main water valve that supplies the property.
As a result of this, there will be no water on the entire property for approximately 3 hours, starting at 9:00 am on Friday December 17.
The plumbers will do their best to work as quickly as possible and the water will be turned back on as soon as the work is completed.
Please note that the plumbers need to excavate a 4 x 4 foot area in the driveway opposite parking stalls 83 and 84, which will be started at 9:00 am on Thursday December 16.
The area needs to be cordoned off and it will not be possible to “drive through” there, so please take extra care when driving in that section of the property.
