Aloha Owners,
We wanted to provide you with an update on the transition to our new package with Spectrum which we mentioned in our Budget mailing.
We are currently waiting for a service activation date from Spectrum and were just informed on December 13, 2022, that they are 45 to 60 days out due to the holidays and the number of new contracts that are commencing on January 1st.
That being the case we may only move onto the new package in mid February 2023 and we therefore recommend that you do not make any changes to your current services with Spectrum.
We will be sending out more detailed information as soon as we receive the service activation date from Spectrum.
Spectrum will also mail out postcards to you with additional information.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we transition onto the new package with Spectrum.
