Wailea Fairway Villas has adopted an aggressive plan to reduce irrigation consumption in the last six weeks as a result of the new water pricing tier structure discussed at the last Association Board meeting.
We are moving forward with the purchase of new irrigation controllers which should allow us to further conserve irrigation water usage.
We will continue to monitor our usage and make necessary changes as needed in order to meet the County’s demand.
In addition, we encourage each of our owners and residents to do your part to conserve water wherever possible.
